DSP are seeking a confident Digital Marketing Assistant / Graduate to join a fast-growing Technology Support Services company focused on delivering Enterprise Cloud solutions.

Reporting to Head of Marketing, you will support the implementation of the digital strategy by taking ownership of specific KPI’s and managing the day to day running of marketing automation, SEO and search channels to achieve sales and marketing targets.


Ideally you will be educated to degree level 2:1 or above with a background in marketing and communication or similar qualification with a passion for online marketing within IT services.

Elements of the role will include the creation of new landing page, blog and social content, so strong written skills are essential.


Typical activities include:

  • Understand and interpret digital metrics – review performance of media and creative, taking forward learnings to future campaigns.
  • Deliver weekly / monthly KPI reports and performance insight.
  • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to plan and execute the digital marketing strategy.
  • Based on KPI analysis, suggest and create own tasks / activities / workload.
  • Manage day-to-day running of PPC, ABM and search channels.
  • Work with the sales & delivery teams to manage web content and stay up to date with business activities.
  • Control the Digital Marketing Calendar and ensure any updates are communicated to the necessary people.
  • Keep online project management boards up to date, via Trello.
  • Help drive attendance to bespoke vendor (Oracle / Microsoft) events.
  • Research and propose additional marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness and acquire new customers.
  • Proactively stay abreast of competitor activity, channel developments and key industry updates.

Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, Abilities – for Digital Marketing Assistant Role

To be a successful candidate, you should possess the skills, abilities, and knowledge listed below:

  • Have University theory / working experience of online marketing environments.
  • Have a strong desire to become an expert in:
    • Google Ads
    • Bing Ads
    • SEO
    • Hubspot CRM / Website
    • ABM
    • Marketing Automation
  • Social Media marketing and management.
  • Ability to use CMS and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of office 365 applications.
  • Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator and InDesign would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and research new modes of digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills both in written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to cope with the pressure of deadlines.
  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Working hours:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
  • Part-time: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 14:30


  • Depending on circumstances, we will contribute towards your travel expenses.
