DSP’s consultants, working 24x7x365, offer specialist services to assist with designing, building, migrating and supporting Oracle or Microsoft database infrastructures, whether they reside on-premise, across multi-cloud tenancies or in a hybrid environment,
This newly created role reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager with responsibility for the delivery and scheduling of BAU (Business as Usual) functions for the business, especially professional services. The TRC will also be involved in onboarding external clients into our Managed Services Practice and offering a degree of client liaison, whilst all the time working towards continuous service improvement.
