As part of our expansion we are looking for an experienced Technical Resource and Project Co-ordinator to help us deliver ever increasing service levels to our clients. DSP’s consultants, working 24x7x365, offer specialist services to assist with designing, building, migrating and supporting Oracle or Microsoft database infrastructures, whether they reside on-premise, across multi-cloud tenancies or in a hybrid environment,

This newly created role reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager with responsibility for the delivery and scheduling of BAU (Business as Usual) functions for the business, especially professional services. The TRC will also be involved in onboarding external clients into our Managed Services Practice and offering a degree of client liaison, whilst all the time working towards continuous service improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating project consulting resources and reporting thereon
  • Working with department heads to ensure support cover for our contracted customers. Resolving resourcing conflicts
  • Minor project management to ensure customer consultancy is delivered on time and tracked as needed
  • Liaising and engaging with external clients and stakeholders in all areas of service
  • Liaising with internal account managers, management and service teams
  • Customer reviews to discuss service or project delivery
  • Assisting Service Delivery Manager with customer take on
  • Point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner


  • At least 2 years’ experience in a technical service delivery, project management or resourcing role is essential. Having worked with Oracle or Microsoft database technologies would be advantageous
  • Experience working with service delivery / customer processes or developing efficient process in these areas
  • Experience of service desk functions would be beneficial
  • Proven ability to manage large volume activities, across multiple work streams

Location / Special Requirements

  • Based in our London (St Pauls) office although Basingstoke would be considered
  • Travel to customer site may occasionally be required but fully expensed
