The Head of Managed Services will report directly to the CTO and will be responsible for the end to end DSP Managed Services offerings.  The role will be to ensure that we are delivering high quality; innovative, responsive Enterprise Data management to new and existing clients.

Role & Responsibilities

Managed Service Delivery

End to end Managed service delivery covering:
- Overall responsibility for client onboarding
- Overall responsibility for monitoring; incident and problem management
- Incident escalation point
- Overall responsibility for service quality
- Team Management (Resourcing; Service Delivery; Technical)

Managed Service Innovation
- Input into the Managed Service innovation
- Support into the implementation of innovation initiatives
- Feedback for Managed Service improvements

Managed Service Reporting
- Analysis of Managed Service internal reports
- Creating and implementing action plans for service improvement based on reporting

Technical Capabilities
- Provide technical guidance for the technical delivery team
- Highlight skill gaps based on existing and emerging technologies
- Assist technical team lead with planning & resourcing for upskilling

Experience & Background

- Degree level education in either computer sciences or business management
- Experienced leading a Managed Services teams or consulting team in-house or externally
- Experience in process improvement for technology
- Previous experience undertaking technical roles with Oracle and Microsoft technologies
- Previous experience in delivering technology solutions to end clients
- Technical experience of working with Public Cloud platforms

Location / Special Requirements

Predominately office based (London / Basingstoke) with occasional travel to other office locations and client site where necessary.
