“As an E business suite consultant a lot of clients and customers often come to me for advice. One person asking for advice was actually a client of a competitor. However I still approached the situation with integrity and honesty, looking at the benefits to the end client.
Although being only a small client, I still approached this in the same way I would a huge global company, all customers regardless of the scale are all highly valued, their EBS is valuable to them and I respect that.
After looking into what they had been offered, a huge, expensive, over complicated customisation project, their current situation and the client’s needs. I encouraged the client to avoid the customisation project through intelligent configuration. The approach was to look at the benefits to the final customer rather than an over ambitious project that would leave the client with little or no return on investment.
Although this was for a competitor’s client, I and all at dsp have a fearless approach to providing the right advice, being honest and providing what is best for the customer.”
