Our Oracle P2P Health Check is not purely a functional or technical review, however, we use our experience to examine how other customers have faced similar challenges and gone on to resolve them. Part of the health check requires our consultants to produce a detailed report of our findings and a high-level presentation to deliver to the customer. DSP can subsequently be engaged to make the recommended changes, or the client can make these themselves.
