Simon Goodenough
DSP CEO | DSP-Eclipsys President
Simon is an experienced, hands-on Chairman & CEO that works with PE backed Enterprise Cloud and IT Managed Services organisations. He has a demonstrable track record of growing small-to-medium sized IT businesses and aligning them with the demands of their client base. Simon became CEO of DSP in 2018, having led a Management Buy-Out supported by YFM Equity Partners. He has been with the business since 2013, initially as Non-Executive Director and then Investor Chairman. He is also Chair of Oracle's UKI & EMEA Partner Advisory Boards.
Prior to joining DSP Simon was Co-Founder of Quantix, a LivingBridge backed business that transformed the remote Oracle and Microsoft DBA support services landscape in the late 2000s.
Professionally Simon enjoys harnessing new technologies and investing in youth; at present this means innovating new managed services that are built on Machine Learning, Data Science and Automation, as well as offering internships and training to support this. Personally Simon is a passionate family man, a keen runner and supporter-cum-sponsor of his local amateur rugby club.
Paul Cocks
Group Chief Operating Officer
Paul brings 25+ years of global leadership experience, delivering transformational results across complex technology environments. He is known for turning strategy into operational excellence, with expertise in service delivery, programme management, and infrastructure modernisation.
Paul leads DSP’s operations, focusing on execution and growth to scale the business and deliver value to our customers and partners.
Phil Brown
Group Chief Technology Officer
Philip’s role is to lead the technology strategy across the DSP group. He joined in 2018 and, through organic growth and M&A, formed the target operating model to deliver both the Professional and Managed Services functions, while also helping DSP become an award-winning Oracle CSP.
Using his expertise, Philip continues to support the organisation and our loyal customer base navigate the complex and evolving technology landscape.
Stuart Muncer
Group Chief Financial Officer
Stuart brings 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience across multiple sectors. He has led successful private equity exits, implemented scalable financial systems, and built finance functions to drive growth and international expansion.
At DSP, Stuart leads our finance operations, focusing on strengthening reporting, financial insight, and forecasting to support our growth.
Tim Lovejoy
Group Chief Revenue Officer
Tim is responsible for global revenue strategy, go-to-market execution and sustainable growth. With 25+ years of leadership experience in IT services, cloud and enterprise transformation, he has delivered over $10bn in profitable sales and led programmes generating over $500m.
At DSP, he focuses on accelerating growth and strengthening DSP’s position as a trusted transformation partner.
Lee Walker
UK Chief Revenue Officer
Lee joined DSP in August 2015 having worked for 15 years within the Partner community. The mission on joining was to drive DSP's efforts in the Oracle and Cloud marketplace through sales, Alliances, and Practice Directorship.
His experiences of working within the Oracle Partner community and beyond, through Quantix and Interoute (GTT), have provided the perfect platform for Lee to head the next stage of DSP's sales activities.
Tracy Westall OBE
Non-Executive Director
Tracy is a highly respected figure in the UK digital technology sector, having operated as a board-level executive for over 30 years.
She has a strong commercial background and a high-profile portfolio of non-executive directorships and board memberships including the Department for Transport, WM5G Ltd, Birmingham Tech Week and as a Governor at Birmingham City University.
Peter Sweetbaum
Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board
Peter is an entrepreneur and senior executive with commercial, strategic, legal, and financial expertise developed across the technology and finance sectors. His experience includes serving as CEO of a leading technology services company and holding senior executive roles within both private and public sector organisations.
He brings strategic direction, entrepreneurial energy, leadership, and integrity to his role at DSP.
