Overview
The UK-based search engine for supported housing help & information centre Roommatch, which offers anything from outstanding quality supported housing or merely help and information, allows tenants to get the information they need to live as independently as possible.
Roommatch Solutions engaged DSP as their strategic Oracle APEX application development partner to build a modern application for their start-up business model. The goal was to provide a stable and robust platform to Social Housing & Local Authorities, allowing them to find suitable, safe and secure housing solutions for the most vulnerable members of society.

DSP collaborated closely with Roommatch to design and build the application. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) was selected as the ideal platform for deploying the APEX application and the underlying Oracle database. DSP provided a full deployment service for the application rollout in OCI and ongoing managed services to monitor and support the application, the underlying Cloud infrastructure, and the associated databases.
The project was highly successful and the application is now live, supporting those who need the services the most. DSP's expertise in Oracle APEX development and Cloud deployment helped Roommatch achieve their goals of providing a stable and robust platform for Social Housing & Local Authorities to find suitable housing solutions for the most vulnerable members of society. The ongoing managed services provided by DSP ensure that the application remains stable, reliable and secure, allowing Roommatch to focus on their core business of providing social housing solutions.
