Customer Overview

Autocab is the market leader in booking and dispatch software for Taxis. It is owned by Uber. After migrating to Oracle Cloud ERP, the company relied on a small in-house IT team to manage day-to-day operations and minor system enhancements.

Executive Summary

AutoCab faced a business continuity risk when a key member of its internal Oracle ERP support team left the organisation. With a lean IT and Finance function and limited backup resources to support Oracle Cloud ERP, the company turned to an experienced Managed Services Provider (MSP) to mitigate operational risk, maintain compliance, and ensure the continued optimisation of its cloud ERP environment. Within weeks, DSP had transitioned support, helped with long-standing issues and provided a deeper level of technical input.
