Autocab outsources its Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Managed Service to DSP

Customer Overview

Autocab is the market leader in booking and dispatch software for Taxis. It is owned by Uber. After migrating to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion), the company relied on a small in-house IT team to manage day-to-day operations and minor system enhancements.

Executive Summary

AutoCab faced a business continuity risk when a key member of its internal Oracle Fusion support team left the organisation. With a lean IT and Finance function and limited backup resources to support Oracle Fusion, the company turned to an experienced Managed Services Provider (MSP) to mitigate operational risk, maintain compliance, and ensure the continued optimisation of its Fusion environment.
